No dynamic address data in info window

No dynamic address data in info window

Pro Maps v1.7
Tested using FF v3.6 and IE v9
URL = contact.php

The info window is displayed but contains no address info.

Address info is obtained from database.

Also map zoom and type tools are not being displayed.

in the screen.css file,

remove the z-index from the * selector:

* {
	margin: 0;
	padding: 0;
	z-index: 10;
}

it is moving the page content above the map causing the info window and content controls to be hidden.
