Admin id and password

Help. I finally got my first CMS content working. i logged out of PowerCMS as the super administrator and logged in as my own id so I could see how it works. Then I tried to set up new content and found I didn't know how to log back in as the administrator so I could add the content. I saw it as "super administrator" but that didn't work. How do I get it back? This time I will document it for my reference. I like what I've seen so far.

It would look like the admin is is "superadmin". I'm trying to login i with that id but when I try any id/pw combination I get a screen that says this:

No database selected

I'm distressed to find that the mysql database I had set up just disappeared from the hosting service. I had just one content item in it which I can rebuild but I'm wondering if this can happen again. It must be something I did but I sure don't remember doing anything like deleting the database. By the way, the database for powergallery also is gone. I make the decision to just delete powercms from the website, reupload it and reinstall it. I'm thinking there might have been a better way but thought I'd do it and this time hopefully record the super admin login info.

I'm working with tech support at ipower to find out what happened to the database. When I try to add it I get the message that it already exists but it doesn't show up in the list of mysql databases.
