Power Gallery Display issues with IE 9

There seems to be an issue with PowerGallery and IE 9. The gallery is appearing fine in all other browsers. Here's and example URL: interior_apartment_renovation.php

Is anyone else having this issue? If so, have you found a fix?

Thanks in advance!

Internet Explorer 9 - Problem

A fix is needed urgently as more and more people are starting to use IE 9. My clients are complaining that they can’t view the galleries on my web pages!!!

There is a fix available for this in the Known Issues section of the power gallery download center page.

Same problem in PG previous release

Dear Jason,

I have the problem (gallery not showing on homepage in "Site Message" area, and galleries not working on Product Details pages) for an existing customer on a previous release of PowerGallery.

I can follow your instructions to upload the Galleries folder, but I am not sure about the WA / cashing ... Should this be at the same level as the WA_SecurityAssist folder under PowerGallery, and should it follow the same naming convention (WA_Cashing)?

Many thanks, Nick

at the same level as the WA_Security assist folder, there should be a folder named webassist.

inside the webassist folder, create a new folder named "caching"

place the CachedResize_Image.php file inside the webassist/caching folder

Folder level

Dear Jason,
In neither my PowerGallery folder, nor in my PowerStore folder, do I have a folder which is just called "WebAssist". Is this because this site was set up originally in 2009, and you have had subsequent releases of your products where a new folder structure is implemented?

I have attached jpg showing the folder structure of my customer's site. WA_PS_PG_ie9 shows from root of PS, WA_PG_ie9 shows from root of PG.

create the webassist folder at the root of the site then create the caching folder inside it.
