Paypal Https http error

I've added a secure certificate to this site and an htaccess file to make the website always add the https: to the url. I'm now getting this error message when I try to confirm a Paypal Express transaction on returning to the site.

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Reason: You're speaking plain HTTP to an SSL-enabled server port.
Instead use the HTTPS scheme to access this URL, please.
Hint: www.loungedoctor.com/
Apache Server at www.loungedoctor.com Port 443

Any idea how/where I can fix this?
