Powergallery Wizard doesn't run

Just bought and downloaded Powergallery. Have it on the server and I tried to run the wizard. It comes up with the button that says "Get started". It doesn't do anything when I click it. Help.

this is most likely a problem with the servers session management settings.

use the session test file from the following thread to test the servers session management, if the test fails, you will need to contact the host to have session management settings fixed.

powergallery doesn't load

Ran sessionTest.php and indeed the bottom link results in NULL. I really don't have a clue what I'd report to ipower.com as being a problem. Do you have a clue for me?

I would also appreciate hearing about what I do with the the code on the testing and local servers. I'm really green about this sort of thing. Help.

Can't run Powergallery wizard

Just wanted to also report that the problem might be that the execute permission is off on all of the files in the directory. I was able to get the install screen to display by setting execute permission but then it wouldn't execute the diagnostic.php which also has execute permission off.

For the session management issue, It is most likely the session.save_path in the php.ini file.

If you show them the sessionTest page, they should be able to figure out the problem.

all of the php pages in power gallery will need to have execute permissions granted.
