Changed Directory - Page Errors

For the install, I decided to put the SS files into a folder on the root called 'New Site'

Now that everything is up and working, I moved all the files in 'New Site' directly to the root folder of my site. Now the only pages that comes up are "www.example.com/" & the sitemap link at the bottom of the page works "(www.example.com/sitemap.php".

All links still take me to the 'New Site' area and I get 404 errors.

Can you please direct me to how I can make all the links remove the 'New Site' directory from the links within Site Sculptor?

Thanks.

you will need to manually edit the code for each link in the site to remove the New Site directory.

OK

Where would I go to do that?

Dreamweaver or is there somewhere within Site Sculptor?

you would need to do this in Dreamweaver.

Select each link, then edit the link target in the property inspector.

Please clarify the process

Jason,

Can you please clarify the process to modifying the links?

When I open the links in dreamweaver, for example, index.php, and i look at it in the code or split view, I can't even find anywhere that references the URL of my site.

I ran a search for the word "New Site" which is what I need to delete and from 311 documents it only found the text "New Site" on the file "4.php"

Any additional help is appreciated.

can you clarify which links are giving the problem?

are they text links in the body of your page? or are they the links in the navigation menu?

if it is the navigation menue, you will need to edit the CSSMenuWriter/cssmw_content/menu.php and CSSMenuWriter/cssmw_home/menu.php page.

if it is text links you are referring to, please send a copy of your of your page so I can examine the code.
