Flash upload issue

Image upload is working fine for me, but Flash upload does not. Under Flash, Upload, I choose the file and then click Send It To Server. But nothing happens, no error message, nothing.

Is there something different I need to configure to allow Flash uploads?

Thank you
Mark

It is probably failing because of the file size. There shouldn't be anything special you need to do.

So, how do I know what the max file size is to use? Most flash is pretty big so is this upload flash useful. Is there a better way to deal with flash.

I want my users to be able to upload flash files and embed them in their own custom page they create through iRite. Should they upload them some other way and then point to them via iRite. Just trying to come up with a way to make this work.

Thanks,
Mark

You can probably adjust the max file size for uploads in your php.ini. Find a small flash file, does it work? First make sure that is actually the problem.

Good point. I tried uploading my flash file again, and went out to walk the dogs. When I came back 10 minutes later I got an error message "Invalid file type". I'm trying to upload a swf file.

Message from webpage

"Invalid file type"

Thanks
Mark
