getDocumentDOM is not defined

I'm a newby at this so this may be something simple I'm totally missing. I've installed most of the WA SuperSuite DW extensions on a Windows 7 64 bit PC. I'm using DW CS5.
I've installed XAMPP so as to be able to have a local dynamic Website I can use till I'm ready to publish to the Web.
Using Site Sculptor to try and set-up a basic Portfolio site, I'm encountering this error message, no matter what extension I use: WA_getDocumentDOM is not defined.
Right after that error message, I'll either get a javascript error notification which only enables me to close the message window, or I'll get an error generating "whatever I tried to do with any of the WA extensions".
Maybe an indication, when launching DWCS5, I get this error message: The following JavaScript error(s) occurred:
At line 21 of file "C:\Users....\DreamweaverCS5\en_US\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\Preferences\RSSUpdate.js": WebAssist_getExtensionDataFromMXI is not defined.
I have no clue if there's any relationship between the 2 error messages, but I'm not getting anywhere fast here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Cache File deleted

Thanks for this Jason, but, no cigar!
I forgot to mention I did that prior to even trying to post. So that cannot be the issue, unless you tell me that the cache file rebuilds itself messed-up?
