Time Out Adjust???

Hi Guys,
Noticing a new issue for one of my customers in the PS3 version. As they are entering copyin the CMS system the login time's out. It happens within 5-10 minutes. Is there a way to adjust the time out time? Is this a browser specific issue?

Thanks!

session timeout is controlled at the server level, you will likely need to contact the host for help increasing the timeout length.

Thanks Jason. I thought it weird because I am not experiencing the same when I am logged into his site. He insists he's typing slow, but activity, but I am wondering. After reading the threads you submitted it doesn't seem that I can get resolution from sessions or cookies.

Jason, I was finally able to duplicate the error. I thought it was due to some miscellaneous code he had mixed into the HTML editor when copy / pasting from another site some text. But it has happened a few times now. It is not timing out on the login, it still remains logged in it is doing something else. I've attached a screen shot. When I hit view code it just shows the text in HTML code. I've searched the whole site for code that contains the error message and haven't even located it in the code??? Where is this producing from? Ideas??? (see attachments)

Update Jason, after the error message if I hit refresh, sometimes twice it asks do I want to send the form again, I reply yes, It pulls the page back up and asks again do I want to send the form again, I reply yes and the page is back up. And the content is intact. What?
