How do you create child content groups

Ive noticed that both in PowerStore and PowerCMS show child content groups and was wondering how this i achieved.

I want to be able to have the parent group being the name of the page and then child groups which reflect the areas of the webpage that are editable. Then the child groups then have the content / header etc.

Any help would be great.

Thanks

"child" content groups in power CMS are content groups that based on a template.

When you create the content group, select the option to make it a template, other content groups created under the parent template will show as children.
