Data Assist Insert or Update - Fatal Error Maximum Execution Time

For some reason I am getting the following error when I try to test one of my backend pages that is either an "INSERT" or "UPDATE" form:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\Inetpub\bernarduccimeisel\mre\WA_DataAssist\library.php on line 9

If I add <?php ini_set('max_execution_time', 0); ?> to the top of the insert or update page I then get another error as shown below:

FastCGI Error

The FastCGI Handler was unable to process the request.
Error Details:

The FastCGI process exceeded configured request timeout
Error Number: 258 (0x80070102).
Error Description: The wait operation timed out.
HTTP Error 500 - Server Error.
Internet Information Services (IIS)

Here is a link to my phpinfo.php if that is needed to help troubleshoot:

The server/site was working fine until I recently added a new section to the backend today (results, insert, update, detail, delete for a new database table). Seems like some include file got updated and is causing a conflict maybe!? Problem now occurs on any insert of update page.

I have updated my library.php file located here as instructed in known issues for DataAssist 2.0.8 but still no go.

I am using the following:
Mac OSX
Dreamweaver CS5
Data Assist 2.0.8
Form Toolkit 1.0.0

Attached is my insert code. May need an open ticket for this one. Thanks.

Jason,

I just checked my support history section, and I do not see the new ticket.
