WAAB_Udate_SB error

I am continually getting WAAB_Udate_SB error when I try to update my record. I have tried deleting the DAT file as well as clearing my cache, neither of these worked.

I have attached an image if the compete error message.

What version of DataAssist are you using?

Make sure you have the most recent version of DataAssist installed (2.0.8), this is available from the download center.

If it is a previous version, you will need to Uninstall it from the extension manager, then download and install the latest version.

you should also delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
common_installation_issues.pdf

I have DataAssist 2.0.8 installed and I have deleted Dreamweaver's Cache and its DAT file. I have also deleted DataAssist 2.0.8 and then reinstalled the extension then deleted Dreamweaver's Cache and its DAT file and I still receive the error.

Thanks

I think your configuration folder has become corrupted.

Try step 12 in the adobe troubleshooting document to recreate the configuration folder, then reinstall DataAssist:
