Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

I really appreciate the advice.

I've removed the .dat file and opened dreamweaver again, only to get the same error.

After deleting the .dat file, I also get the following error: "While executing selectionChanged in wa_paypal.htm a JavaScript error occured

I renamed the configuration file as suggested in another tread and deleted the extension. Downloaded it again and ran it. I'm still getting the same error codes.

I also get another error code
at line 171 of file "c:\program files\adobe dreamweaver CS4\configuration\floaters\wa_paypal.js": retStr.match\has no properties

Any other ideas?

All help appreciated

Same Problem as above

I am having the same problem as above about executing selectionChanged in wa_paypal.htm but I have Dreamweaver CS5 and I cannot find any .dat file anywhere. I've removed and downloaded the WebAssist kit twice and whenever I am anywhere in Dreamweaver I get the message over and over.

Suggestions? Thanks

JavaScript error

I'm also getting errors while trying to use the Paypal button WebAssist extension:

retStr.match(name) has no properties

While executing selectionChanged in wa_paypl.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

While executing selectionChanged in wa_paypl.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

I tried deleting the WinFileCache.dat file but the only thing it did was to change the error message(s) from the first one to the second two.

Can anyone tell me how to resolve this?

Thanks!

here is an updated copy of the or configuration\floaters\wa_paypal.js file

To find the configuration folder, see the common installation issues page:
common_installation_issues.php

after replacing the configuration\floaters\wa_paypal.js file withthe one attached, delete the cache file in the configuration folder.

Attached Files
wa_paypal.js.zip
