Security Assist allows all access

my first app in php with SA everything seems to work but SA allows all access. I use it in ASP and I have no problem. where am I wrong?
SA Version 119. attached SA and my files

your groups contain blank values.

go to Modify -> Security Assist -> Access Groups Manager

edit the SuperAdmini e Administrator group, try to click the blank space below the last group member in the list, this is your blank value, delete it clicking the minus button

do the same thing for the User e Administrator group.
