Checkout page created by eCart wizard not validating?

I’ve used the eCart wizard to create my checkout pages however, when I add server validation to the address page, I want to ensure that name, email and phone details are supplied, I can still submit the page, and move to the confirmation page, with these fields being blank.

I’ve tried using different triggers, none appear to work, what might be wrong?

The action of the checkout form on the checkout page is to post to the confirm page.
If you are using server side validation, you need to apply the validation to the Confirm page, not the checkout page, set the failed redirect to the checkout page.

designADDRESS.php

...will drop you back a couple of pages, you'll need to add something in the text boxs and add them to the cart, and then accept the T&Cs on the next page
