Checkout error

Anyone knows why I got an error when I used Paypal payments pro as my payment gateway. But when i tested it using paypal sandbox everything went right.

when you test using the live server you need to also use a different set of API Credentials.

When moving from the paypal sandbox, you need to request API Credentials for the live server. If you use the sandbox API credentials, paypal will not except the transaction.

I knew that. But the problem is I used API Credentials but getting error when using paypal payments pro. But when I used paypal express Checkout, everything went well.
I want to use payments pro checkout.

add the following code to the checkout failure page to write the full request and full response from the gateway to help determine the cause of the failure.

The error coming back from paypal is:
Merchant country unsupported

What country is you business account with paypal registered in?

It seams that PayPal does not offer paypal payments pro in that country. You should contact paypal to determine what options are available to you. you may be able to use Paypal Express Checkout
