not a valid MySQL result resource

Hi I created an email form spent some time testing and all went OK.
Whether its relevant or not, I moved the file and applied the security assistant to it.

Now when I run the form I get

Warning: mysql_free_result(): 3 is not a valid MySQL result resource in D:\hosting\3756774\html\moshpty\admin\email.php on line 154

This appears after the scrip runs, the emails come through OK

The line it refers to is

<?php
mysql_free_result($rsSchools);
?>

Any ideas

Cheers

comment that line out:
//mysql_free_result($rsSchools);

either the recordset does not exist, or the result set is being cleared elsewhere in the script.

recordset does not exist

Thanks for the reply and sure I can comment it out it's only clearing of resources but I suppose that's not the point.

The recordset does exist and its the data that drives the email. The point is the error is being created by only applying your wizards to the the data. If its being cleared out its being cleared out by webassist coding.

I've just had a further look into it and its being cleared in the waue file associated with the email.

cheers

I have logged this as a bug, but the workaround is still the same, comment out the line that is causing the error.

Hi Jason, I commented out the line, and as expected no more warnings. I've now added a recordset loop for the email addresses and I get

Warning: mysql_fetch_assoc(): 2 is not a valid MySQL result resource in D:\hosting\3756774\html\moshpty\admin\email.php on line 123

Line 123 refers to an array of recipients

Cheers
