Filling the facebook panel to full height

Hi I have a page at that has a facebook panel in the Right Hand Side. I set it at 600 px high and 300 px wide. However the content scrolls and does not fill the full height of the panel. I also attach an image of what I mean.

What can I do to ensure the content fills the specified 600 px height before offering the option of scrolling the content or cutting it off as in the picture?

Your help is appreciated

Can you tell me how you created the facebook panel?

I'm not sure that is something that is offered through the Social Media Toolkit.
