Lightbox not working correctly

Lightbox not working correctly

Hi, I went to one of our sites that I haven't touched for quite sometime and noticed that the gallery wasn't working correctly. When the lightbox pop up came up only half of the image was showing. So I downloaded the latest version of power gallery, replaced the ribbon_lightbox folder with the folder from the latest download and now the pop up lightbox won't even appear. The only part I've changed is the number of images showing from 10 to 4 in the gallery.js file (the pop up didn't work with 10 or 4 images showing). What is going on? the url is yearbook_ideas.php
