very disappointed with Webassisted

I'm very disappointed with webassist products, extremely disappointed!! Using their extension is one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had, ever!!

They hyp their marketing to the end-user and always fall short in delivery!! What they say about the user-friendly aspect of their extensions and solutions packs is very, very misleading. I'll one of the first to bail, as soon as an immediate competitor , with a better product comes by.

That's too bad. I have found the written tech info for me as a begginer to be lacking but these people are always willing to help out.

I can see WA's situation though...there are litterally millions of scenarios that play out in their software so they can't detail every situation. But they are always willing to help me work through my situation and never pick on my begginer shortcomings (as they could I assure you).

Whether it be in the forums or in FREE technical support (WHO EVEN DOES FREE SUPPORT ANYMORE), these people have always been great to me. Great prices, great service and great products.....
