Newbie problems

I am following the Super suite gsg to create a CMS website,
I created my menu preset, with CSS Menu Writer and did not define my pages as per the guide. I created a custom Dreamwever template and Used the Preset manager to combine the Dreamweaver template and the Menu style I wanted.
I then went to Webassist Build Site, new site sculptor site, Selected the preset, and ran through the wizard, the home page showed the menu, however the content pages do not have the menu in them, very strange?
After several attempts at this I just built the site and when I set it up on my testing server, none of the menus appeared also I do not have any buttons for adding pages in the admin section.

I would apreciate any help from anyone

Solved

The Problem derives from the Dreamweaver template and the way the Navigation Editible area was coded.
The solution is to write the Navigation Editible area all on one single line this allows the menu to be included in all pages
I had written it over 3 lines and this was creating the problem

So a big shout out to Support at Web Assist

Thanks
Steve
