Binding Form Fields Different in UE4

The new UE4 seems to be very different to the previous version in terms of how form data is controlled and output on the email page.

Before you used to be able to bind form field directly to the email body which allowed for greater customisation of the email template.

Would anyone be able to tell me in detail how I can customise individual form elements on my email page, becuase it seem to output the data with 1 line of code <?php echo(str_replace("\n","<BR />",(is_array($pval)?implode(", ",$pval):$pval))); ?> and I have no idea how to customise the php becuase there are no bindings in the server behaviour panel.

example customisation

<h1>Thank You, <echo first name here> we have received your message</h1>

Basically I just need to know how I can get individual form elements to bind to the email template like in UE3.

Thanks in advance.

If you want the option to create your email message the way you did in UE3, do not check the option to Create a File For the email message, instead, click on the DW edit icon under the template list.
