PS4.0.1 update too PS4.5

Update was performed as installation instructions required. Now when a user begins a new registration and submits the information the user get this error page:

Framwork file not found:webassist/plugins/loader/loader.php

on this page:

users_profile.php

make sure that you completed the step to copy the install/webassist folder in the Power Store download over the existing webassist folder at the root of the power store files on the remote server.

update to file folder was done correctly, files verified to copy and error still occurs?
