Paypal Euro symbol calculation not showing

Hi i have a problem i want my ecart to display the euro symbol. everything in my ecart displays the euro symbol until i go to paypal checkout it self then it calculates it back into usd?Can you tell me what i might be doing wrong.

You need to edit the code that sends the information to paypal to change the currency from USD to EUR.

The specifics for this are dependent on the type of paypal checkout you are using.

is it paypal standard?

Or Paypal Payments Pro?

on the confirm page, look for:
<input type="hidden" name="currency_code" id="currency_code" value="USD" />

and change it to:
<input type="hidden" name="currency_code" id="currency_code" value="GBP" />

Thanks but GBP only works for united kingdom,i want to change it to euros,i typed in euro and euros and no change just directs me back to usd?
