Sculptor Crash

I start a new project, and in the middle of it I saved it.

When I went back, the new project was no available in the template list, so I start redoing it again.

After about an hour of work, CSS sculptor decide to crash. The screen turn almost blank with no way to save my work.

That's not funny and very, very frustrating.

Is there a way to make it more stable and is there a workaround?

You can see the attached screen capture.

Thanks.

when you save a preset, the preset is associated with the initially selected design type, so if you select 3 Column Fixed as the design type, then edit the Design, the preset you save will only be available the next time you open CSS Sculptor if you select 3 Column Fixed as the design again.

What version of Dreamweaver are you using?

The type of crash you describe sounds like it is caused by a memory leak in Dreamweaver, this can be caused by a number of different factors, such as other extensions you have installed, number of Dreamweaver Windows that are open such as the Files panel and the Server behaviors panel.

Whenever you experience unexpected behavior in Dreamweaver, the first thing to do is to Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

Hello Jason,

Thanks for your reply.

That's what I did when saving. But when I re-opened Sculptor, the new design was not there. I think that a "save" button would be a lot better.

I'm using CS5 with Windows 7 64bit.

I deleted the cache file, but it change nothing, Sculptor is still crashing unexpectedly.

I don't see what I can do to make it more stable and I can't uninstall all my other software to find what is causing that.

Why not create a standalone version of this software? I think it's a great idea and I like the way it work but it so unstable that I can't use it.

Thanks!
