Javascript Error CreateEmailMessage_WA.htm

Hi in Dreamweaver cs3 with css form builder verison 2.0 build 023 I am having a series of issues.

I was able to get a form to work once and send an email, upload a file but not insert records, or include the uploaded file as an attachment. All options on the wizzard.

However now the extension is hanging at the point it tries to create the email php and produces this error "While executing apply server behaviour in CreateEmailMessage_WA.htm a javascript error occurred."

I have deleted my cache dat file, uninstalled the extension, re-installed it (I have done this several times in the past 2 days), I do not have html editor installed but have these extensions cookies tool kit, css menu writer, data assist, css sculptor, security assist, site sculptor, site assist professional, surveyor and theme it.

I have also applied this adobe fix kb401257.html to several spry js files because I was getting the error editing utils.js has been running a long time do you want to continue...

Im in a real crunch to get this form operation, and the css form builder extension working reliably.

well this has gone from bad to worse now..

when trying to run a new form dreamweaver crashes when it gets to the email configurations, so I uninstalled build 023 and reinstalled version 2 and now dreamweaver crashes when I click on insert css form builder.

So I tried to remove the extension but it crashes the extension manager when it gets to a file it says dreamweaver is using please close dreamweaver try again (dreamweaver isnt open) the file is the gif for the upload progress.

I have created a support ticket so we can look into this issue further.

USING:
Dreamweaver CS3
Universal Mail 3.07

After upgrading to Ver 4.01 and then downgrading back to Ver 3.07 I am now getting this error.

Cannot find server behavior named CreateEmailMessage_WA.htm

Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
