Emergency! Site collapsed

index.php My site collapsed and I can't pinpoint the source. Not sure if it's PowerCMS. I'll pay for phone support. Please help.

looks like you have files mising on your server.

the page is looking for an includes file (and others) in the WA_CMS folder

WA_CMS/addtosite.php

make sure the file is there and the path is correct

I don't mean to sound stupid but where do I look for that?

in the root folder of your site, there will be a folder called WA_CMS.

Ensure all of the required files within it are on your hosting server

I've compared it to my initial download from WA and it looks the same. The folder you mentioned is also still on the server site. There were a few things going on at the same time and for the life of me I can't pinpoint the problem. So I'm hoping I can pay for the phone support and get it fixed. My only other option is to quickly put up an html site in place but I'd really rather find the problem.

Change the path from:

/home/f/2/f/27638/27638/public_html/admin/WA_CMS/addtosite.php

to:
/WA_CMS/addtosite.php

It's just replaced the text with what you gave me and didn't really change. There is an event e-mail going out on Wednesday and I need to solve this quick. If we can't chat via phone in the morning, which I will pay for, then I'll have to go to plan be and convert it back to an html site until the event is over in a month or so. I really need the help so please let me know if phone support in the morning is out of the question.

I have a feeling I may know what caused it but I'm not sure how to explain it. The hosting server that this is on was adjusted a few weeks ago to where all three of their restaurants were moved to a single account. To do this they had to adjust the account a bit. This is really the only major adjustment that I can think of that might be contributing to this.

I've submitted a premier phone support ticket. Hopefully I can get this today becaise I'm about to start rebuilding the site again.

Is the ticket under a different name? Have you already received assistance? I couldn't find your ticket and wanted to make sure this has been resolved. If you still need help, reply with your ticket number and I'll make sure you get pushed to the top of the queue.
