Highlight search results

I have a keyword search form searching a table of FAQ answers in an access Dbase and returning matches in a results page. Results show whole field which can be very long. Is there any easy way of highlighting the keyword in the result and/or trimming the result to just show maybe 50 characters before and after. Just wondered if anyone had any pointers......cheers
