Database table not created

Thread began 3/07/2011 12:20 pm by windsoarer388279 | Last modified 3/31/2011 8:36 am by Jason Byrnes | 4163 views | 18 replies |

Database table not created

After setting up my site with CMS Builder, when I try to login to the admin section it says table does not exist. When I check my database I see no such table.

I'm missing the users table after install, and I can't add it manually because I have no idea what the schema is.

I have the same problem. I am trying to log in after installation and it says the "Table 'mytable.pcms2_users' doesn't exist". Can you help?

Yeap same problem. Table 'hyseacad_SkinCMS.pcms2_users' doesn't exist

When I look at the tables in PHPMyAdmin there is no "users" table - there is a usergroups

Is there no quick solution without waiting for a ticket?

Also I might suggest adding a list of the files that need to be uploaded. The site I am working with has 50 some files and some old WA files also. I tried uploading as much as possible but have to keep reading the error messages to figure out which ones I missed.

Its definitely not an acceptable solution but, I had a users table in another database from when I had a monthly subscription to the now defunct extension library and I used PowerCMS one time. If anyone needs me to post the SQL to create the mySQL table, let me know. It allowed me to work with it. This still needs fixed though!

Thanks jgroh96793,
I too bought cms1 but I never used it. Maybe I will look at that. I would prefer an official resolution to avoid future problems.
