No database, multiple file upload

Wonder if anyone can help. I have created a test upload form, that when submitted, uploads teh file to a folder on the Server. Does anyone know how to create a form with multiple file uploads on it, as in the test form http:files.php? Currently, the form only updates when the bottom upload box is used. I use version 1.1.1

each of the file fields must have a unique name, currently you arf using the same name for each one.

You also need to apply an upload file server behavior for each file field.
