Shipping not working properly

Shipping not working properly

I have selected UPS Standard as my default domestic and international shipping. The information in the Shipping Settings is correct, as I can connect to the account via the UPS website using it. When I try to submit a CC order with shipping turned off, I am taken to the confirmation page, so it's working as expected. When I enable shipping (UPS Standard) and use the same information as I did with shipping disabled, I am taken to the shipping failure page -

checkout_failure.php?shipping=fail

How can I troubleshoot this?

add the following code to the checkout failure page:

php:
<?php

if(!session_id()) session_start();
 echo
"<p>UPS: <br />"
     echo
"Full Request: ".(isset($_SESSION["WA_Store_Cart_UPS_FullRequest"])?htmlentities($_SESSION["WA_Store_Cart_UPS_FullRequest"]):"n/a")."<br />";
     echo
"Full Response: ".(isset($_SESSION["WA_Store_Cart_UPS_FullResponse"])?htmlentities($_SESSION["WA_Store_Cart_UPS_FullResponse"]):"n/a")."<br /></p>";
?>

this will write the full request and full response from UPS to the page for troubleshooting.

Looks like you selected the Standard shipping service.

the error is saying that the standard shipping service is not offered from your shipping location. Try changing the shipping service to ground.
