Error in replaceVersion Variables:

I installed my CMS builder and ran it on a site. License, OK, made database connection and table and started doing it's thing. Then it popped up with a message:

Error in replaceVerionVariables: InternalError: too much recursion

And it will not go any further. Just keeps repeating the error. It put in the developer code, made the cms folder etc. But I can't go any further.

I did clear my cache.dat file. Same error. Am using dreamweaver cs5, will try it in 4 and get back to you.

Installation Affecting Normal PowerCMS sites

It appears that this is affecting my standard PowerCMS installed sites, and since it's NOT working I have had to disable the extension until this issue is resolved. (WHICH TOOK MORE THAN AN HOUR 20 MINUTES) Whenever I open a page with the standard PowerCMS it uploads the CMS builder files and displays the content area stuff, it has added a connection and database to the site called PowerCMSConnection and gives me the cursed error previously mentioned that I can't get out of. HELP!!!!!!!! P.S. I did try CS4 and didn't get the same error but it seemed stuck for about an hour making files, which BTW I did upload and the CMS still did not work.

Support Ticket

So in the interim this has hosed a LOT of my other webassist software. When I removed the CMS builder it gave me errors with my webassist memento every time I launched dreamweaver, I HAD disabled the memento in preferences. When I went to the preferences to turn it off again it had blank windows. I had to uninstall a plug in and reinstall it to replace the memento (i wish you guys would remove this).

It has also caused problems with universal e-mail 4 making lots of javascript errors and blank windows. I will reinstall it to see if it fixes the problems.

Your return policy only allows 15 days, so will I have it working by then, or is there a possibility of missing my return window if necessary???

Also can I just use my regular powerCMS install and put in my cms builder serial number so I can get these sites going.... or are you using two different versions of the powerCMS? If it's the same version and I can handle it with installing the standard powerCMS I have no problem doing it manually as I'm already familiar with the 2.0.1 version and then wouldn't NEED a refund. The BIGGEST reason I bought this was so I didn't have to have an ADDITIONAL license for each CMS site.

I think these issues may have actually been caused by installing the form builder html editor compatibility beta... don't worry about the return window... since you are on record as having issues before the return period expired we will extend the window until this problem is resolved. I'll contact you with the number from your support incident to try to work through this with you directly.
