Page titles - PS4

Page titles - PS4

On my PS4 site, on all the pages listed under "SUPPORT", excluding the page that comes up when I click the "SUPPORT" option directly, the page TITLE added under the 'page optimization' option from the admin section, is NOT being shown properly. Instead the title tag on those pages is EMPTY -

<title></title>

What's up with this?

In addition, the page linked from the footer, called Privacy Policy is showing a page title of "Page Title", even though it has been set to something different using the page optimization option in admin. How can I fix that?
