Questions about SUPPORT option from menu in PS4

This is a bit puzzling to me.

Under the CONTENT section in admin, I see a "Custom Pages" section. Under that "Custom Pages" header, I see three other page 'titles' - Quantity Orders, Return Policy, and Shipping (I deleted the 'Privacy Policy' page here). Yet when I go to the live page, I still see "Privacy Policy listed under "SUPPORT". Further, when I select "Privacy Policy" under Support, I see DIFFERENT content than when I select the Footer link to "Privacy Policy". The footer page and link are the ones I want to keep. How do I permanently remove the link and page under SUPPORT?

A final question here - how do I edit the content that I see when (on the live site) I click on the SUPPORT menu option?

Did you make any modifications to the store menu? The support menu should only show the pages under the Custom Pages header.



to edit the support page, Select the Custom Menu content Area.

Hmm - well, I don't think I did. I only removed that one page from under the CUSTOM PAGES header in the Content section of admin.

try downloading a fresh copy of the power store files from the download center and replace the webassist/plugins/main_menu/menu.php file with the one at install/webassist/plugins/main_menu/menu.php fromthe download

Both the fresh download and the existing file were binary identical to the one on the site.

OK, what about the webassist/plugins/cms_templates/custom_pages.php any changes made to that file?

That query (run from Navicat directly on the database) returns the 4 pages I mentioned:
Quantity Orders, Return Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping.

The webassist/plugins/cms_templates/custom_pages.php file has an identical timestamp across the board (website, original 4.01 download, and fresh 4.01 download).

Ok, so the privacy policy record has a ContentID of 87, to completely remove it, execute the following query:

DELETE FROM ps4_contents WHERE ContentID = 87
