eCart Shipping Failure

I keep getting the following message when I try to checkout:

Shipping Quote Failed
We're sorry
The requested service is unavailable between the selected locations.

Please Help.

open the shipping failure page and go to the bindings panel, expand the binding group for your shipping provider and add the full request and full response bindings to your page.

post back the results pf these bindings so we can get a better idea of the problem.

can you view the source of your shipping failure page and send the raw XML source of the full response and full request, this will include xml tags that will help me in deciphering

I'm sorry, i was asking for the browser source, when you get to the shipping failure page in the browser, go to View -> Source and send a copy of the browsers source code.

it doesn't look like you have the Full Request and Full response bindings on the page anymore?

I need those bindings to be on the page and to see the browser source from those bindings.
