Not entering content in to DB

I have tried to use this latest version of HTML editor 3, but for some reason the contents of the editor are not entering into the database.

Can you tell me why please? I have attached a sample page.

Before adding HTML editor, the insert, and update pages worked fine when using standard textareas. Now the insert doesn't work at all, and the update page pulls any existing info out of the database as I'd expect, but on clicking to update the database, the contents are deleted!!!

I never had this kind of trouble with previous versions of HTML editor, so is this a bug? I click the field I want to be the editor, I click the HTML editor button, the wizard launches, I choose the kind of editor window I want and click OK. The same process as previous versions, but it's not working!

Please advise.

You need to make note of the name of the text box you are replacing, and set the HTML Editor Instance name to be the same.

Thanks Jason, that works!

Is this something new that has to be done, or is it a small, but annoying bug that needs a fix? I can't ever remember having to do that before this version. I swear the previous versions used to populate with the correct field name automatically.

for the time being it is something new that needs to be done, but i have logged it as a bug so it can be corrected in a future update.
