importing a list of products

I have over 300 product images that I would like to import and then add the description-price information. How do I go about this?

Alternatively, how could I import a file with ID, descriptions etc. and then add the image?

really it depends on the format of the data, and making sure it matches the format of your database.

Most MySQL Admin tools like PHPMyAdmin or Sequel pro have an Import function that can be used to import data to your data base.

I find it always takes a bit of trial and error to get familiar with the quirks of the import tool, the data you are importing and the database structure.
