Recordset data in Twitter and Facebook links

Is there a way to add more information to the link to Twitter and Facebook from a recordset?

With the email option I could choose an element of the recordset for the title.

Is there a way that this could be achieved to insert it into the tweet window or the facebook link?

If you are referring to the Insert Share Buttons behavior, click the folder icon to select the page that will be shared, then click the Parameters button to set URL Parameters for the page, for the value, you can click the lightning bolt and select columns from the recordset to use recordset values in the URL parameters.
