Image Upload Problems

Hi

Im having problems uploading images to my database from both my insert and update pages. I have followed the tutorial step by step and the images aren't uploading to the database, they are only uploading to the image folders that i specified.

I have create an image upload field for thumbnails and another image upload field for full size images.

I have attached the insert and update pages in the zip folder. Would it be possible to take a look so i can identify the problem as to why they aren't uploading to the database please?

Thanks
