bookmark doesnt' work

The bookmark doesn't do anything in FF, in IE, I'm getting an error:

Permission denied, but my security settings are at Medium, like most people would have.

The javascript, bookmark solution found in a previous post doesn't work -- I'm getting a syntax error, and can't figure out why.
Again, I'm using strict DTD.

got it to work with

Got it to work with:
<a href="javascript:addBookmark(document.title, '<?php echo urlencode('http://yourpage.php'); ?>');"><img src="../../webassist/social/icons/favorites.png" alt="bookmark" title="Bookmarks" /></a>

Thanks for posting your workaround.

The work around you have should work and we will have a fix for it in our next dot release.

Thanks for this code! Quite an oversight but the user supplied code above does the trick! Glad I stumbled onto this post.
