Checkout Paypal Pro processes but no funds available

I've set up a store using PS4 and PayPal Pro. I haven't checked Express Checkout yet but when I purchase an item and go through the whole checkout process using a credit card it confirms the transaction and sends a receipt but no funds show up in the paypal account. I don't have sandbox checked so it should be an actual transaction. Any ideas what might be the problem?

The products all ship in separate boxes so if you buy 3 you have to pay shipping for 3. As it is its just charging shipping for the first item in the cart. How do you fix this?

do you have the testing option turned on?

in the Power Store Admin panel, make sure that test Mode is not checked in the Store Settings section.


For the shipping question, how are you configuring the shipping options?

My first time using PowerStore so testing mode was turned on. So that should fix that. On the shipping side.

in the webassist/plugins/shopping_cart/calculate_shipping.php file.

try editing line 130:

$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["Quantity"] = "1";

to:

$Shipping_PackageArray[$Shipping_PackageIndex]["Quantity"] = "".$WA_Store_Cart->DisplayInfo("Quantity")."";
