Hosting change

I moved my original hosting from Hostway to Godaddy. I hadn't really finished building my store and it wouldn't really matter if I had to reinstall it again. My question is what am I going to run into with this? Will there be some activation errors since the IP will be different?

If I reinstall it, can I still use my serial number that came with the purchase?

Hi Dave,

You should be able to install it without any problem, using the same serial number, as long as the original installation is not left in use. WebAssist allows an extra installation for testing purposes, which is in essence what you have been going through.

Thanks Neilo, I'll give it a whirl.

Before you start searching for a suitable web hosting service, you need to know the requirements of your website. It may happen that if you do not know the things which are required by your website, you might end paying for something which you really do not require. Managed IT
