Fatal Error when Updating a Record...

Hi,
I'm getting the following error when ever I try to update a record using a form I created using DataAssist...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_AB_generateInsertParams() in D:\inetpub\vhosts\domain.com\httpdocs\viralreviewbot\admin\admin\Users_Update.php on line 77

Line 77 Reads...

$updateParamsObj = WA_AB_generateInsertParams($WA_fieldNames, $WA_columns, $WA_fieldValues, -1);

Any ideas why I might be receiving this message??
Thanks is advance!

Dan

Hey Dan,

When you see an "undefined function" error, that typically means there is a missing file that contains the function. I would first double check that all of the items in the WebAssist folder (including the helper files) are loaded on the server. I would bet it is something as simple as that.

Best regards,

Brian

In addition to checking to make sure the WA_DataAssist folder has been uploaded, check that the line to include the WA_DataAssist/WA_AppBuilder_PHP.php file is present in the Users_Update.php and near the top just after the connection include:

<?php require_once("WA_DataAssist/WA_AppBuilder_PHP.php"); ?>
