Authorize.net errors

I can get a purchase to go through in test mode, but not in production...

Every card I put through redirects to our checkout_failure.php page...

How do I write out the error details, if any?

I'm stuck, I thought it was working because the test mode worked perfectly - come to find out it doesn't...

Thanks,
Ted

Thanks Jason, but I don't have eCart 5 - I'm using 4.5.2

Subsequently there's no Local Checkout Response - only Local Checkout...

The selection are different...

Quick Update:
I did get a display of the error message...

Line item 1 is invalid

is what it read... I read through 100's of pages and found that that usually meant the "title" has incorrect characters etc... So I hard coded an appropriate title and got the same result...

One of the bindings from the local checkout response will be Full Request, add the full request binding to the page this will help find the problem.

when posting the full request here, there will be some sensitive data that should be stripped out.

Any help Jason would be great!

EDIT
I did a little more research and found out that the error, 103, is "A valid fingerprint, or transaction key is required for this transaction." error... I KNOW for a fact I'm using a valid x_tran_key (I changed it myself) so that leaves a footprint... I have no idea what a footprint is - nor does WA have a place for said footprint...

Advice?

this is not the Line Item 1 is invalid message, this is reporting a response code of 3 and a response reason code of 103:
3::1::103::This transaction cannot be accepted.

The authorize.net documatation:
Response_Reason_Codes_and_Response_Reason_Text.htm

says the response reason code 103 mans the transaction key is not correct.

"A valid fingerprint, Transaction Key, or password is required for this transaction."

if you are sure the transaction key is valid, you should contact Authorize.net to see why this is happening.
