Need Help w/ USPS weird behavior

Hi All.
I have implemented the USPS Shipping after the checkout wizard so I add it at the confirmation page, created the shipping_error page all is working fine until the order is placed then instead of going to the success page it went to the shipping_error page with a message the shipping value is missing. The success page has a car display non updatable and the billing inf, shipping info and order number.

Can any one help me with this problem. Am I missing something at the success page tha makes it bounce back to the shipping error page?
