Before buying the CSS Menu Writer, I wonder if this extension does the following

Before buying the CSS Menu Writer, I wonder if this extension does the following:

1. I have a menu with two levels. The first level is the principal and loads the table items secao_menu mysql. When I move the mouse in one of menu items, it appears the second level that carries the items on the table article. The items of the second level are filtered by a field called secao_menu_id which is on two tables (the field that makes the relationship between the tables). So will carry different items for each menu item.
CSS Menu Writer can do this?

2. All items are pulled from the database or the first menu level I have to do then add static to dynamic second level?

3. I wonder if you have the option of repetition region for the items for both the first and the other levels.
