Site Sculptor keeps on crashing

Hi,
i am having an extremely annoying time with my site sculptor,
when i am creating a new site in site sculptor, i select my chosen template that i wish to work with, when i start entering my menu bar infomration such as my items to appear on my menu bar it keeps on crashing,
by crashing i refer to the below, i will start to enter my meu and sub menus, all of a sudden the site sculptor screen will refresh, at this time it will just go back to the default of the template and i need to enter the menu infomration all over again, only it keeps on crashing continsually and so i can never finish my menu
extremly extremlty frustrating.
please help
thank you

have you tried deleting the cache file from the users configuration folder?

If you continue to have problems, please post back with details on your version of Dreamweaver, your OS and the version of Menu writer you have installed.

Hi
i have tried what you mentioned and the same thing is still happening,
i am running windows xp pro with sp3, my version of dreamweaver is cs5 and am using site sculptor 1.0.0
this is also happening on my laptop with the same issue but on there i am using windows 7 professional, same dreamweaver and same same site sculptor.
i have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling both dreamweaver and site sculptor,
infact the install on the windows 7 pc is a new and fresh install of dreamweaver and site sculptor.

has there been an update released for site sculptor as i am finding this extremely frustrating to add my menu, it is a simple menu with about 8 menu and one of them is a drop down item with 5 listing under it

thank you
