Send to email address in select list

How would I send an email to an address within a select list?

Click the To button to go to advanced to options, add an entered value, click the lightning bolt next to it and select the select list from the form dynamic data binding.

same way you would use a text box.

Hmmm, I get the forms to show in the dynamic bindings window no problem.

Try closing Dreamweaver, and reopening it.

If your still having problems, send a screen shot please.
