strange menu behavior

Dear Web Assist,

Today I had a client tell me that my drop down menu was not behaving as expected when he hovered. The tab turned white and did not reveal the menu below. All that he could tell me is that he is using IE (unknown version but this is a HUGE company that he works for). My site is

I checked your site using IE 7 and IE 8 and could not see a problem.

IE 6 is not a supported browser.

I would need to know more details about which browser he was using to have any clues on the issue.
