Can not Update to latest version

Can not Update to latest version

I am trying to update to the latest version however I get an error stating that a file is being used by Dreamweaver and that I need to close it down and try again.

Dreamweaver isn't running...

...any ideas?

Go to the other versions of DW in extension manager and remove the old version from those first.
